We manage the entire Amazon channel for our clients, covering packaging, operations, SEO, advertising, and more.

The Job
Cartograph has an industry-leading brand management organization with a strong knowledge and innovation practice. The ideal leader would both contribute new ideas and ensure best practices are implemented across the organization.
As a Brand Director, you will:
- Develop and manage a team of approximately 8-12 Brand Managers and Specialists overseeing 15-25 different brands.
- Provide executive leadership and high-level strategy for the brands on your team.
- Oversee key Amazon business functions, including operations, 3PL management, pricing, forecasting, content/SEO, advertising, and growth strategies.
- Be the executive point of contact with clients, requiring exceptional client management and communication skills.
- Take direct P&L ownership for eight-figures of revenue on Amazon.

Who Are You?
We are looking for individuals with:
- Team leadership experience—Managing, coaching, and developing a team is a key part of this role.
- Strong client management skills—Building trust, problem-solving, and handling executive-level communication.
- Amazon, eCommerce, or CPG experience—You should be able to guide strategy and support your team in key areas.
- Analytical skills & data proficiency—We rely on data-driven decision-making and expect strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
- Excellent organizational & communication skills—You will interact with C-suite and founder-level stakeholders regularly.
- A strong sense of ownership & initiative—This role involves both strategy and execution.
- Experience in advertising, SEO, or marketing (a plus).
- 4-year degree or master’s degree (preferred).
- 4-6 years of experience, ideally in Amazon or eCommerce.
- Passion for continuous learning and problem-solving.
- Interest in the Better-For-You or Natural Food space.

Accounting Clerk

The Job
The Accounting Clerk at Cartograph will work as part of our small but nimble Internal Operations Team that runs back-end operations for the company. We are the wizards behind the curtain! This position will be responsible for:
- Management and upkeep of Quickbooks Online
- Email inbox management: communications with customers and external vendors
- Accounts Payable processes including but not limited to: paying bills, vendor management, W9s and 1099s, and P&L coding and clean up
- Accounts Receivable processes including but not limited to: customer invoicing, application of payments, collections efforts, and upkeep with contract or billing changes for clients
- End of Month close of books including but not limited to: reconciliations, schedule upkeep, clean up journal entries, and reporting
- Payroll: tax compliance, processing, and schedule management
- Company credit card management through Ramp
- Owning accounting processes for client onboarding and offboarding
- Internal communications and SOPs
- Preparing financial reports in an accurate and timely manner
- Provide support for basic company cap table updates and upkeep
- Other projects, as needed
Who Are You?
We are looking for individuals with:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance is required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must
- Proficiency in Bill.com, Ramp, and/or other financial software is a must
- Understanding of basic financial statements and reporting
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently
- Comfort with analytical thinking, data analysis, and Excel - we are constantly in data and make numbers-based decisions
- The ability to jump between tasks, be adaptable, and wear many hats in a fast-moving department
- Strong organizational skills with strong verbal and written communication skills is a requirement! Most of our communication is remote via Slack and Zoom so strong communication skills are a must!
- Motivation, self-discipline, and dependability. We give our team significant autonomy and responsibility, and work remotely, so we’re looking for people who have a track record of “owning” projects to completion
- Experience coordinating and communicating with external partners or vendors
- Passion for life-long learning and problem solving – we live on the cutting edge of eCommerce innovation, and often must self-teach on new topics
- Passion for the better-for-you and/or natural food space

This position offers room for advancement within the company on the Internal Operations Team, particularly into the areas of advanced financial reporting, tax management, and equity and cap table management.
