E-Com Elite partners with CPG, supplement, and wellness brands to build and scale their ecommerce presence across Amazon,Walmart, and other marketplaces. They focus on long-term growth and brand protection. Their team operates on a wholesale, inventory-driven model, which means every decision must support sustainable retail velocity, margin, and brand equity.
As their portfolio of brands continued to grow, E-com Elite saw an opportunity to strengthen their Amazon advertising capabilities. While their team has deep experience in ecommerce operations and distribution, they wanted to partner with a team that understands advanced demand generation tactics and full-funnel Amazon advertising.
In October 2025, E-com Elite partnered with Cartograph to help unlock incremental growth across their portfolio and create a more scalable and predictable demand engine for their brands.
The Job
Cartograph's goal was more than improving ad performance. We set out to build a system that would:
• Drive new customer acquisition
• Increase retail velocity and organic rank
• Support larger and more confident wholesale purchase orders
• Identify high-growth SKUs faster
• Strengthen brand presence across the Amazon ecosystem
• Build a foundation for expansion into Canada and Mexico
To achieve this, we focused on aligning the advertising strategy with E-com Elite’s wholesale and distribution model.
Cartograph Approach
Portfolio Structure and Strategic Visibility
As E-com Elite’s portfolio expanded, managing multiple brands in one Seller Central environment created complexity in maintaining clear campaign and reporting structures that could inform decision making. One of the first initiatives was reorganizing all active ads for each brand into brand-specific portfolios.
This allowed us to quickly understand performance at the brand and SKU level, identify growth opportunities, and allocate budgets more confidently. E-com Elite was also able to use the performance data to drive operational decisions and inventory planning.
This structure became the foundation for scalable growth across their brand portfolio.
PPC Strategy – Shifting from Defense to Demand Generation
Historically, a significant portion of ad spend was allocated to branded search. While important for brand defense, this approach limited the ability of brands to acquire new customers and expand total demand.
We helped E-com Elite to rebalance their ad budget to focus more on high-volume category terms and competitor keywords. This strategic shift allowed ads to reach shoppers earlier in their discovery journey and capture incremental market share.
We also refined keyword targeting and removed overlap between campaigns. This improved efficiency and ensured each campaign had a distinct and strategic role.
Within the first full month of implementation, this shift contributed to an 81 percent increase in month-over-month sales, driven primarily by new customer acquisition through improved visibility across key non-branded search terms.
This success gave the E-com Elite team the confidence to increase inventory commitments and scale select SKUs more aggressively.
Unlocking Incremental Growth with Amazon DSP
Following the success of the re-worked search ads, we expanded into Amazon DSP to further increase awareness and drive upper-funnel demand.
In December 2025, we launched a DSP pilot for one brand in the E-Com Elite portfolio. Unlike search, DSP allowed us to reach relevant audiences across the broader internet, significantly increasing reach and brand visibility. Audience segments were carefully selected to target high-intent shoppers that were likely to convert.
In the first month, the campaign delivered a 5x return on ad spend (ROAS), with approximately 20 percent of revenue coming from new-to-brand customers. This validated DSP as a powerful channel for long-term customer acquisition and brand growth.
As a result, we are now developing a framework to scale DSP across additional brands and integrate it into E-Com Elite’s full-funnel strategy.
